It invites us to go to the root causes of conflict—trauma, fear, fragmentation—and create space for new ways of relating to emerge. It’s time to stop repeating the same painful patterns.

I bring a trauma-informed, relationship-centered approach to international peacebuilding and cross-cultural conflict resolution. My work supports individuals, communities, organizations, and leaders with presence, heartfelt care, compassion, and emotional intelligence. Through dialogue, facilitation, and deep systems listening, I help groups move from breakdown to connection — in service of more conscious, collaborative, and humane systems worldwide.
